We stay in each pose anywhere from 3-5 minutes\, allowing our body to fully sink into the pose and reach our connective tissues and joints.\n\nClasses will include poses\, short meditations\, and breathwork – all beginner friendly.\n\nIf you have been looking for a way to slow down\, turn inward\, and receive the benefits of yoga – this is for you.\n\nYoga props are included\, you will just need to bring your own mat. Feel free to wear any type of clothing that is cozy and comfortable.
