Shawnacy believes in training from the inside out—mind, body and soul. You cannot grow stronger on the outside if you are not strong on the inside. Shawnacy recently taught group fitness at a Cedar Rapids gym before accepting her role as the Group Fitness Manager for River’s Edge Fitness. She loves being able to work with people of all fitness levels to achieve their goals. In her free time, Shawnacy enjoys spending time with her family, working out and being outdoors.
