A fusion workout combines two or more different types of exercise into one workout. Core Fusion workouts can often incorporate elements of yoga, Pilates, barre and strength training, while also focusing on the core. Classes will aim to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility. Limit 6 participants/class
$10 per class for members
$15 per class for non-members
