Yin yoga is a passive, slow-paced style of yoga. We stay in each pose anywhere from 3-5 minutes, allowing our body to fully sink into the pose and reach our connective tissues and joints.
Classes will include poses, short meditations, and breathwork – all beginner friendly.
If you have been looking for a way to slow down, turn inward, and receive the benefits of yoga – this is for you.
Yoga props are included, you will just need to bring your own mat. Feel free to wear any type of clothing that is cozy and comfortable.
